I have been a Sky Digital Customer for the last three years and I have never had a problem with them. The service has been great and I don’t think I could ever go back to terrestrial television after having access to such a wide and varied selection of channels. Sky have a wide choice of Channel packages to suit all budgets. As of yet we haven’t had any problems with the equipment, but have heard from friends that Sky are fast to act if something does go wrong.

I would definitely recommend Sky Digital to anyone as the sheer amount of channels mean there is always something on no matter what time of the day or night you choose to watch. I am currently considering signing up to Sky+

You get a years guarantee on all equipment, after that, yes you have to pay for repairs. Why? Because Sky give you a digibox for free - it's yours to keep even when you leave the service, the same with the dish. Therefore it's YOUR responsibility! It's your choice to pay money for the subscription. I have had my equipment for nearly a year, after the warranty, if the box or dish is damaged, fair enough I will pay charges, it's my equipment after all. At the end of the day, you need to start reading your documents when you start with a company. They have to have small print, and lots of it, to cover themselves from all the complainers who try to think of ways to get anything they can for free! The call centres are fab, polite, and brilliant, the problem is, if people don't get what they want, they moan about these call centres, even if they were really nice to them!

Sky is brilliant, and at the end of the day, nobody forces you to be with them, it's just we live in a day and age where 90% of the UK are complainers, and who basically want a freebie! I Hate living in a country with such skinflints!
